When you decide to ship the parts, please attach the fault code to the part and provide us with its logistics tracking number (do not ship via EMS, as customs declaration can be very difficult). You can declare a lower value;all this is to avoid the high customs clearance fee charged by China Customs.
Upon receiving the parts, we will conduct an initial inspection based on the fault description you provided, checking if the circuit board has severe corrosion or burn-through. We will record the part model, serial number, and register them in a form.
For detailed testing, we will connect the parts to the testing equipment, simulate operating conditions, and identify the specific fault points by analyzing the data feedback or alarm codes from the equipment.We will communicate the solution with you, present the repair quotation list, and provide the delivery timeline, awaiting your confirmation.
After getting your confirmation, we will start the formal repair and replacement work. We will fully clean your parts from the inside out; replace broken and aging original parts, replace consumables (such as fans), and re-apply protective paint on the circuit boards to prolong the service life of the parts.
We will reconnect the repaired parts to the testing equipment for testing, ensuring 100% normal operation. A test video will be recorded and provided to you. Once you confirm, you can make the payment to us based on the PI.
After receiving your payment, we will carefully package the parts, ship them to the address you provided, and supply you with the tracking number and estimated delivery date to ensure the equipment reaches you.
